Could It Be A Heart Attack ?
I am 23 years old and i just had pain in the middle of my chest and back it was a lot of pressure so much that it almost felt like stabbing pain as well. I could not breath in very deep at all cause it hurt too bad. when I got up to try to find my phone I almost fell cause I was so dizy. it was really strong for about 3 minutes. i feel a lot better now, but am still feeling a little uncomfortable

better immediately see a doctor dude do not neglect even iam expereincing little pain in my left arm from last 2 months i met doc they took ecg test and told no problem with my heart they gave me some pills but of no use still iam uncomfortable.........donno wat to do iam planning to meet doc too
Hello and welcome to Health Care Magic Forum ,the symptoms told by you resembles a heart attack ,please keep sublingual nitrate with you every time and
Have an ECG and stress test ,I think you are suffering with ischemic heart disease ,take asthultatialin pump when you feel breathless next time
And take consultation with a cardiologist as soon as possible,take care

there are many symptoms for that ,well it could be gas or something related to heart better if you go out for some tests...........
