Could It Be A Pinched Nerve To Have Tenderness On The Inner Side Of Elbow And Redness In Forearm?

Hi, I experienced a tenderness on the inner side of my elbow two days ago after a long drive. Last night as I prepared for bed, I discovered a red/purple line from my arm pit circling down toward my forearm. It's tender to the touch. I'm curious if this is a simple pinched nerve, or something similar, or more serious. It's tender the entire length of the line.

Hi
As this is acute condition i think it is a muscular pain of flexor muscles group which orignates from inner side of elbow.
You have rest of your forearm dont carry weight with the affected hand and wear crepbandage and apply ice over affected part.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
