Could It Be A Virus That Has Led To Vomiting And Diarrhea In A Child?
hello! My 2 year old has been throwing up the past couple of days... both at night and in the morning, and has had diarrhea during the day. She's drinking water and I've been keeping her diet pretty bland. She also has this sour smelling breath. Does this sound like a virus to you? Thank you!

Hello. Thank you for question. The symptoms do sound like a stomach virus. This is a very frustrating diagnosis in that it's difficult to predict how long it will last. You're already doing everything you can. Maintaining her hydration is the most important thing to do. As long as she is well hydrated, she will be fine.
