Hi, My last menses was on 24th October 2013, early November I had a mishap and decided to take a morning after pill. I missed my periods in November and December 2013 as well. I took 6 home pregnancy tests and all were negative. Late December, I started experiencing lower abdominal pains on both sides. I have also noticed whitish discharge and sometime a mucus like colorless discharge. Could it be an ectopic pregnancy? And what are my chances of conceiving again? Please help
Skiping the period for 2 months is something we need to look into if you have been having regular 28-30day cycles.
At this juncture if the urine pregnancy sticks show it’s negitive the confirmation of pregnancy can be done by a blood test- to check Bhcg levels in blood.
If that’s more congratulations you are most likely to be pregnant. Once the pregnancy is confirmed you can get a ultrasound done to confirm if the pregnancy is inside uterus or outside uterus.. so
1) Bhcg
2) ultrasound pelvis
We make things clear for you.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
