sir i have small pimple in my forskin but its not itchy and not fain full urination ,previously i consumed azitral oral suspension 1 dose aftre one week my penis itchy and pimple apperar on forskin kindly help me its herpes on side effect of tablet ..thanking you sir kindly help

herpes infection causes severe pain along with itching.it cannot be side effect of azithromycin only single dose.more can be said after looking the lesion.you can consult a skin specialist for the same.
