Hi my 6 years old daughter is always itching and saying h er vagina itchs.and smells very bad..its red around inside around her vagina and tgeres like a greenish or somtimes light brown dishcharge on her under pants.??. Could this be a yeast infection

From history it seems that she might be having some infection on her local part, either fungal or bacterial.
This might be due to poor local hygiene.
Clean the part with warm water and apply antibiotic cream locally.
If require go for one antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Make a habit of cleaning the part after passing urine or stool.
Ok and take care.
