Hi, You said that you have vitiligo and arthritis. And you have difficulty in writing and driving. I feel that you may be having rheumatoid arthritis. Vitiligo and rheumatoid arthritis both are autoimmune diseases. So there may be relation between both. You consult dermatologist and rheumatologist. And have firm diagnosis after thorough investigations. You might have repigmentation in vitiligo patches after few months treatment. Psoralen may be given orally and locally by your dermatologist. Hydroxychloroquin or methotraxate might improve the arthralgia, but liver function tests and blood cell count may be done at regular intervals.
