Hello dr, I have a 5cm cyst and a 3cm cyst on each of my ovaries. They are not functional cyst. Lately I am having strong pain in my legs back and sometimes arms. To the point I can not move or do anything. I am 28 years old. My question is, can cysts give u that much pain or it might be something else.
No. I don't think that ovarian cyst which is non functional can cause these symptoms. I think you should take paracetamol tablet 500 mg for 5 days and apply diclofenac ointment locally over arms and legs, arthritis needs to be ruled out.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
