Could Leg Pain, Nausea And Cloudy Head Be Side Effects Of Smoking Cessation?
I am a 35 yr old female that gave up smoking 2 months ago...I have been doing ok with not smoking but feel aweful. I am having cramping and pain in my legs, nausea, cloudy head, and am absolutely exhausted. Could this be possible effects from quitting smoking or is there likely something else going on?
Cloudy head may be due to quitting smoking. However all these features should not last long with same severity. As time passes severity of the withdrawal symptoms goes down. But if you feel persistent you may take help of doctor to evaluate further about your problems. As you didn't mention your quantity and duration of smoking I can't comment exactly. Leg pain and nausea may be sign of other things i.e nutritional deficiency(B12, Iron....) so you need to be examined by doctor and if necessary some investigation required.
