Could Light Spotting,headache,tiredness,nausea And Sore Breast Indicate Pregnancy?
Hi. I am 25 years old. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis but its been treated with. I was on Depo shot for almost a year. My last shot was April 6th. My fiance and I were intimate near end of July around 24th. Almost a week after I started spotting lightly (2days), headache, tired, nauseous, sore breast... I had done a home pregnancy test-negative and a blood pregnancy test-negative. My thyroid is good. Am I pregnant-but took test to early?

depo injection can also cause irregular periods
u had spotting pv 1 week after being intimate
& did pregnancy tests then
u can repeat urine pregnancy test after 1 week
if a patient with similar history comes to me with spotting , history of depo injection , pregnancy symptoms , negative pregnancy tests I would advise her to go for ultrasound for lower abdomen & pelvis also
