Could Lighter Periods Be Due To Pregnancy Or Fever Medication?

Hi sir
I m 25 female, weight: 58, height: 157 cms.

I Have periods for 3 and half days usually. This time I had only for 2 and half days and the flow of blood was comparably less than usual although it was on schedule.
I had a fever one week before the period date. Could i be pregnant or The change in blood flow is due to the fever and the medication taken for it? (Livofloxin and crocin).
