Hello dear I understand your concern Your lump could be due to fibroadenoma, fibrocystic disease, lipoma and rarely breast cancer. I would suggest to consult the experienced surgeon for safer side. I would suggest to undergo USG scan and USG guided FNAC to confirm the cause. Regular follow up is necessary to know the progress. Treatment will depend on the specific cause.
