Could Mass On Pancreas Cause Swollen Stomach, Nausea And Sweating?

Hi, my mom had and CT done last week and she was told that she needed to get a MRI done because they found a spot/mass on her pancreas. She has been having problems with her stomach for a while. Everytime she eats her stomach swells badly, sometimes she can't keep the food down, and she becomes very nauseous. She sweats a lot even when doing the smallest activity. She has not lost any weight, nor has she lost her appetitie. Is this something to be concerned about?? What could it be??
