Could Menopause Cause A Change In AST And ALT Levels And High Cholesterol?

Blood test results show AST level is 52. All other levels are within range with ALT being 17. I ve looked at previous panels from a few years back and my AST and ALT were always around 12-14. I m 52 years old and I m in full-blown menopause; could menopause result in a change in AST/ALT levels? Also, for the first time ever, my cholesterol is high (250 - HDL 68 / LDL 170). I eat pretty healthy and do not drink alcohol. I m pretty active, although not as much as usual over the past year. Any thoughts? Thank you!
