Could Mild Headache, Cold Feeling, And Low Temperature Be Signs Of Dehydration From Taking Torsemide, Given My Atrial Flutter And Eliquis Use?

2 months ago I was diagnosed with atrial flutter, I had a cardioversion a couple weeks ago which fixed it. I m still on Eliquis 5mg twice per day. I have hyperaldosterone so I have other hypertension meds I take also. Today I have a mild headache, I feel a little cold, for a few minutes a felt a little nauseus but that s gone. My temperature is 95.3. I don t have any other FAST stroke symptoms, nothing sagging, my speech is fine, I can move ok. They told me I might be at increased risk of stroke but I m wondering if I;m dehyrdrated - I take 10mg of torsemide every day so it can happen.
