Could Missed Period And Cramps Be Signs Of Pregnancy In Spite Of Having Had Safe Sex?

My girlfriend has missed her period for three months, she s been having occassional sharp pains in her stomach, other times she s had an aching pain. She has had a bit of weight gain. She s had cramps like she is having her period, but no bleeding. But we haven t had penetrative sex for around... 4 months, and I have never ejaculated inside her. We have always been careful to the point of paranoia. Her family has a history of Celiac s disease, and she has had issues with her period since before we were together. Is she pregnant? or am I getting scared for nothing?

If you havent penetrative intercourse for the last 4 months ,she have no chance to conceive.
There are many causes for missed periods .
But she should go to consult with a gynecologist because she have amenorrhea.
Missed menstrual periods may be due to a wide variety of both physical and emotional conditions that range from lifestyle stress to rare and serious diseases.
Many of the conditions that underlie missed menstrual periods interfere with the body's hormonal balance, particularly regarding levels of the sex hormones.
