Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. In the current scenario, please go for either a HPT 3-7 days after the missed period or get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres now to confirm/exclude pregnancy. If positive, please see a specialist for proper clinical evaluation, a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the location of the gestation sac and the age of the pregnancy and preliminary lab tests. You can ask for an abortion, medical or surgical if you do not wish to retain the pregnancy. If negative, you can wait for a week after the missed period and seek medical aid to induce a period. Hope this helps.
