my last period was 3/2/12 i have been having unprotected sex with my bf i spotted on 3/24/12 not for a whole day.i had no period in April at all i have cramps and backaches.now i am having pinkish spotting again but no period

Yes , it is possible with your symptoms . it is important to get the pregancy test done and maske sure that is not the case.
