Hello dear
Understand your concern
Yes missing period and sore breast are the presumptive symptoms of pregnancy.
Some time pregnancy test give negative test in early pregnancy. I advice you to repeat the test after 3-4 days. Better to confirm the pregnancy by the Blood HCG or By USG scan.
If pregnancy will not diagnose other causeof delayed period should be excluded like hormonal imbalance, premenstrual syndrome, ovarian dysfunction, thyroid problem.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
