Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ejaculatory process will not interfere with treatment or recovery of gonorrhea.
Gonorrhea infection is caused by a bacteria and is treated by antibiotics which your doctor has already prescribed.
The antibiotic will act to kill the bacteria, however, ejaculation will not affect treatment of bacterial infection.
However, unprotected sex should be avoided before treatment of gonorrhea infection.

Thanks and take care
