Could Muscle Pain In My Right Deltoid And The Upper Anterior Part Of My Left Leg An Allergic Reaction To Hyzaar And Amlodipine?

I am currently taking Hyzaar 100/25 mg once daily for high blood pressure. (Started 2-3 years ago) Also I am taking Amlodipine 5 mg once a day. (Started @ 5 months ago) I am currently experiencing muscle pain in my right deltoid and the upper anterior part of my left leg. Could this be a reaction from either of the drugs

No, your antihypertensive drugs doesn't cause muscle pain as a side effect. Hyzaar and amlodipine are commonly prescribed drugs and thyey do not cause muscle pain as a side effect.
It could be due to something else and you can take analgesics like tramadol in case of severe pain. If pain persist for long .better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
