Could My Bleeding And Pelvic Pain At 5 Weeks Pregnant Indicate An Ectopic Pregnancy?

I m about 5 weeks pregnant. I started bleeding last Monday, which was when my period was due. It stopped again on Sunday but yesterday I noticed pink on the toilet paper when I wiped myself. I also took this pain in my right hand side of my pelvic area and it was lasted for about 24 hours. I m worried that I might have ectopic pregnancy
