Could My Dizziness, Chest Heaviness, And Low Blood Pressure Be Related To Semaglutide And Allulose Intake, Or Hypothyroidism Treatment?

Today I felt really dizzy and heavy in my chest, then it felt like ice water running through my veins all over accompanied by a creepy crawly feeling. Also, for three days I’ve had a pain in the back of my leg on the right side. I do not have any medical conditions except hypothyroidism (not taking Levothyroxine because of interaction warning with Semaglutide). I have recently gotten on Semaglutide and lost 50 pounds. Today I ate oatmeal with Allulose in it (1st time using Allulose), I thought that maybe I had driven my blood sugar too low. My blood pressure usually runs 125/70 but today it dropped to 96/59 and my heart rate was at 78. I took two baby aspirin and a 65 mg iron pill, drank more water, sucked on a piece of candy and ate a sandwich and seem to feel better. But I do still feel the residual cold in my veins at the time I thought I was having a heart attack. I started monitoring my blood pressure at 3:30 PM It was 96/59, and by 7:30 I was at 111/77.
