Could My Kidney Failure And Medications Cause A False Positive For Methamphetamine On A Urinalysis Test?

I have Coronary heart failure and recently learned I now have Kidney Failure.. Could this be the cause of an inaccurate urinalysis test resulting in a positive for a drug screen? I also take several medications listed as Burpirone, Trazadone, Metroprlol, fluticasone propionate spray, nitroglycerin, is bromide, levothyroxine, clopidogrel, and valium. Would this be the cause of a methamphetamine ua test? And what would the problem be as I have not taken any street drugs due to my heart condition..
