Could My Numbness And Reduced Sensation After Excessive Masturbation Be A Cause For Concern?
Hi. First of all I had an addiction of masturbation. But I started controlling my urges.. and since 1 year I have been doing it one day a week.. but when I do it I tend to do it excessively(2-3 times a day) so last February one weekend I did It.. suddenly the next day I woke up I started feeling numbness In the palms of my hands and feet.. I consulted a doctor but I didn t think masturbation could be a cause of it so I just told my doctor about my symptoms. He asked me test my liver, diabetes, sugar.reports were normal. Doctor said the numbness is temporary, nothing serious.. and it really fade away some days later. But again it came back after one month.. but there is no weakness this time but when I am touching my body in any part, I feel less sensations I mean It s not how it supposed to be.. is it something normal I need to consult a sexologist??
Doing masturbation is entirely normal and it has no side effect. Your symptoms of feeling numbness are not related to act of masturbation, These seem to be of psychological origin. As act of masturbation is entirely normal, so you do not need to see a sexologist. However, if your symptoms persist, then you may see a psychiatrist for assessment of your problems and treatment may be done accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
