Could My Worsening Digestive Issues, Joint Pain, And Migraines Indicate Crohn S Disease, Given My Family History?

I m a 31 year old female, not pregnant -tubal ligation 11yrs ago. I have awful pain after eating, bloating that lasts days, abdominal pain, alternating diarrhea and constipation with no in between. My joints and muscles are sore almost constantly. I have sore itchy sometimes swollen eyes. Migraine headaches 2-3 times a week. For the last 2 weeks or so I ve been living off a diet of tumeric probiotics and protein shakes because rn it s the only thing I ve found that doesn t completely tear my stomach a part. I was Diagnosed with GERD at 19 but sense then the symptoms are all so much worst. I have 3 relatives with Crohn s Disease and I guess I m wondering is this what s going on with me as well?
