Could Nausea, Stomach Tightening And Back Pain Be Due To Early Labor?
hi am nearly 39 weeks preg, and am feeling nausea, constant back ache and the tummy tightening. the nausea has only been present for the last couple of hours. my whole lower body aches when i move or get up with intense stabbing at times. is this early labour
