Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I was born with hip problems and I had surgeries on both. The thing is I ve been in pain in the back of my neck (nape) for about 2-3 months and it seems to hurt more when I ve been standing for a good while. Is this pain related to my hips somehow I walk with a limp as one leg is shorter than the other.
Thanks for posting your question on health care magic. This is not at all related to your hip problem. Neck pain could be due to cervical spondylitis or trapezitis. You start taking thiocholchicoside muscle relaxant two times a day for 5 days Avoid abnormal sleep posture Avoids excessive bending of neck while reading. Do hot water fomenting. Take rest. Do yoga meditation. Be calm and compose. Get well soon. Take care. God bless you
