Could Negative Pregnancy Test And Absence Of Period Mean Pregnancy?

hi i was just wondering if i could be pregnant, i am on my period week and i can feel it but i am not seeing anything unless i go to the bathroom and wipe myself and ill have a little bit of brown sometimes some red and ive taken two pregnancy test and both came out negative. any advice?
