Could Not Finding Appendix In Ultrasound Cause Bad Abdominal Pain?
I have been having really bad abdominal pain for the last 3 week the doctor thinks I have a UTI, I ended up in the emergency department last night. I had an ultrasound this afternoon and they told me they couldn't find my appendix. Is this what is causing my pain?

if you have apendicitis, abdominal ultrasound in one of diagnostic test, so you don't have apendicitis.
your abdominal pain is related with UTI.
you should start the treatment with antibiotic.
