Could Numbness In Palms And Feet Be Due To Omlmezest?

Doctor, I am aged 50 years and my B.P is 140/90 and I am advice by my Doctor to use Omlmezest CH40 daily one tablet after breakfast and I am using this medicine for last three months. please check your blood sugar levels and chances of diabetes more common at this age. and if your diabetic numbness may be due to daiabetes,
