Hi I m 21 years old I am slightly overweight for the past month or so I ve been having heart palpitations on and off usually when I lie down but they can occur whenever they are usually accompanied with chest and arms pains of moderate to high pain the first time this occurred it made it difficult to breathe and I couldn t move due to pain I went to the hospital and they said I d probably pulled a muscle in my chest. They gave me some pain killers which took no effect but it time I got better only for it all to flair up again and go within a few days by the time I get an appointment with the doctor it s gone. I ve just been woken up with heart palpitations a moderate pain in my arm that appears to be going now and bile in my throat. I am in my third year of university could stress have something to do with this?
