Could Pain In Chest And Armpits Be Related To Gallstones?

hi iv got gul stones but tonight iv got a pain that come and gose on my left side at the top of my chest and under my arm pit any idea what it could be I am well in my self but when the pain come it mack me stop and take a min then I am fine thanks jen
