Could Pain In Joint Connecting Hip And Butt Be Due To Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Hi, ever since I was around 11 I get sharp pains on my joint that connects the hip with the butt on either side. It rotates but I have noticed that happening when it gets cold. During warm weather it doesn't hurt at all. Is that consider rheuma? Wha vitamin can I take or what can be done. I ak 36 years old. Female.
