Could Pain In Left Upper Abdomen Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi, I have been feeling pain on my left side, just below my bikini line. I think that would be my ovary. Anyhow, how feel it when I do more when I was in class today when I sit and when I do get up I feel like so stiff. I do feel bloated and feeling sick on and off. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. We did have intercourse on the days that I were ovulating. which was on May 19 -20. My question is could I be pregnant? Sorry for any typo. Thanks

Hello, thanks for writing to HCM.
It is difficult to attribute the pain in lower abdomen to a possible pregnancy, as there are many causes for the same. It could be gynecological or non-gynecological (eg. gastro-intestinal) in origin.
The only way you can confirm a pregnancy, is to wait for a missed period, and take a pregnancy test the week after.
If the pain persists or increases, you can consult a physician. A pelvic ultrasound may help.

Do write in again if you have any doubts.
All the best.
