Could Pain In Stomach Near Navel, Reduced Appetite Suggest Appendicitis?

My 7 year old is complaining of her stomach hurting right near the navel, no other symptoms except not eating hardly anything. This has been going on for 4 days..Could this be appendicitis? She has went to the bathroom, so don't think it is constipation.

Hi

Appendicitis may be one of the reasons.

But then there should be some fever, sick feeling,.etc

There're other causes also for similar pain.

Get her examined by the doctor to decide exactly what is the problem.

Good luck
