You might have withdrawn it before ejaculation (about which there is no mention in your history); however, you never know whether you have deposited pre-ejaculation secretions (precum) inside the vagina or not. Precum deposition happens unknowingly without any feeling of deposition. It does contain sufficient number of sperms which can fertilize the egg and resulting in pregnancy. Her periods were due on 15th and they are delayed upto 18th. It would be too early to perform pregnancy test on urine as done so early, it may report false negative. Please wait for 4 more days and then perform pregnancy test on the overnight morning first urine sample. This would give you reliable results. If she is pregnant, pregnancy can be safely and effectively terminated by medicines upto 9 weeks of pregnancy. Tab. Mifepristone and Tab. Misoprostol are efficient tablets for this purpose. However, they are prescription medicines and should be taken only by Obstetrician s advice and prescription; and of course in appropriate dosage and timing. These medicines cause developmental abnormalities in the baby. Hence, if they fail, the pregnancy should be terminated by some surgical method. Alternatively, you may opt for Surgical method for terminating the pregnancy like MVA aspiration or suction evacuation. If at all she has to go for termination of pregnancy, please do not delay it.
