Mam,

I am 34½ years old. I was tested positive after pregnancy test in the month of August 09. My last LMP was on 17/07/09.On 13/09/09 I saw blood stains. I went to the Gynecologist. She advised me for scanning .Study showed that the cardiac impulse of the embryo could not be visualized at present.
A small sub serous fibroid of size 1.2 ×1.1cm noted. Cervix and internal os appear normal. I went with the report to the Gynecologist. She gave me the Injection (Sustain).But the third day Bleeding started. I went to the Gyno she told still the cardiac impulse of the embryo could not be visualized at present, so it will get aborted automatically and the same happened. She felt sorry and said next time before conceiving take folic acid before two months.
I started taking folic acid in the month of Jan 2010.I was tested positive again in the month of March. Again I went to the same Gyno.My last LMP was 27 Jan 2010.She advised me to take Miprogen 100mg tablets for four months. In the month of April I was scanned .I came know that I was carrying twin foetus.I was suffering from cough and cold that day which started on 14 April. .I was prescribed Ambrodil syp, Roxid 150. After two weeks I found pink colour stains (Discharge). Again I went to the Gyno and I was scanned again. She told me there was 1ml blood left inside but it will not affect the Foetus. Then after some time the discharge was slightly black. After one week it stopped.
On May 8th I went again to the gyno with cough, cold, sneezing because I was feeling strain in my abdomen while sneezing & coughing which I told to doctor. Moreover there was light bleeding and cramps in abdomen. They tested for urinary infection but were negative and told me it is due to twin pregnancy. There was also breathing problems and I was feeling tiredness. I was told it is due to allergy and was prescribed Ambrodil syp, Roxid 150& Deriphyllin tab.
Again we went to the gyno with cough, cold, sneezing and breathing problems and frequent urination on 5th June then they prescribed Deriphyllin tab,Grilinctus,ambical d.But my cough ,cold sneezing& breathing problem did not stop.
I was called for fifth month scanning on 25th June. Every thing was normal. On 3rd July I felt very slight pain in my abdomen I ignored it because they will say it is due to twin preg.But on 4th night again I felt pain in my Abdomen and it increased on next day morning 3 o’clock. Every after five minutes I was feeling pain. After ten minutes I found blood stains on my Bedsheet.I immediately went to the hospital at 0345 hrs next morning and met the doctor on duty that day and the main gyno was informed.Initialy she gave me a injection to reduce the pain. But the pain went down for 10 to 15 minutes and again started. After sometime they shifted me to ward as they were waiting for the main doctor to come. The main gyno came at 0900hrs and they put me the drip to reduce the to reduce the pain. She called my Husband and said after the pain stops we will stitch the uterus and she will have take bed rest here. But the pain did not stop. At around 1330hrs the amniotic fluid leaked out and expelled the twins spontaneously. One baby was breathing at that time and I think I heard the cry of my Baby. My husband was told about the Baby at around 1830hrs that it was breathing I aws not knowing about it. My husband saw the Baby as the doctor took him to the labor room. When the pediatrician touched the baby it cried. They told it is of no use referring the Baby to a good hospital because it may not live or if it does it will face some mental or physical problems in the future. The baby breathed for 13hrs.It died at 0230 hrs next morning. We could not save our baby. I was very depressed.
I got married in 2000 and I am blessed with a son, he is 10 years old now during his delivery I did not face any problem, my pregnancy was very smooth.

Actually what was the problem with me? Was it Preterm premature rupture of membrane? Can I Deliver a Baby in my 36th year of age? Will I face the same problem? How many months gap after I should conceive again? Please guide me.
