Could Schwannoma On The Left Side Of The Head Cause Chills, Vertigo And Nausea?

I have experienced chills, vertigo, and nausea (no vomiting) simultaneously. The episodes last between a minute to two minutes and I experience them several times a day. I have been diagnosed as having a schwanoma on the left side of my head. Could the schwanoma be causing my symptoms?
