Could Scratching The Arms By A Cat Cause Rabies?

Hi everyone,
My cat scratch my arms, I was wondering, can I have the chance of having a rabies after my cat scratch my arm??? I rub a garlic on my arm and let the blood comes out..
I need answer about this...
My cat is normal base on my observation...

some type of canine rabies is caused by cat bite and scratch. but on your observation your cat is normal so no big issue by worrying. but on safe side you should start with rabies vaccination. also start the vaccination of your domestic cat. but rubbing a garlic, to make the wound bleed is wrong practice. this will cause the rabies virus to enter in to the wound more easliy.
