Could Severe Cough With Phlegm Be Bronchitis Symptom?

I am having continuous (big sound) cough for about 20 minutes and it decreases after flem (yellow colour) came out for the past tow days. Then I would get some rest.

is it bronkitis sysmptoms ?

The similar type of coungh I had more than 10 years back.

Yes, these symptoms are commonly seen with bronchitis.
Similar symptoms are also seen with lung infection.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection.
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
You may need antibiotic, inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone) on the basis of these reports.
