Could Severe Cramps, Light, Creamy Blood During Periods With History Of Having Unprotected Sex Indicate Pregnancy?
My name is Krysten. I recently started my period. It came when it is normally due but my cramp s are much more pronounced than they normally are and I noticed that the blood is very light in color. it almost seem like milky or creamy blood. it also has a mucus consistency. I did have unprotected sex almost three weeks ago but I wasn t worried about it too much seeing as I was regular. However, wondering if I should be worried about a possible pregnancy or something else perhaps?
Hi there since you said that the period came in the regular time and since you are doubting pregnancy because of light discharge, you must first get your Hcg titres evaluated to rule this out. Then you are describing that light blood accompanied by very crampy pain , you need to get your ultrasound done to rule out any gynoecological disorder such as fibroid or chocolate cysts etc. But whenever you have any severe episode of pain take a tablet containing mefanemic acid salt , it helps So consult your doctor for evaluation.
