Could Severe Headache On Left Side Of Head, Urge To Vomit And Tiredness Be Due To Migraine?
what r the symptoms of migrain?? from last 5-6 days i m suffering 4m headache on left side of my head..it goes away when i eat any painkiller.. but it then comes back again..i m unable to bear its pain..i feel tired..i m not able to eat properly.. and i feel like vomiting sometimes..am i suffering from migrain..??
Your symptoms might be due to Migraine & it's symptoms lasts for 3-4 hours & also might extend up to a week. Usually presentation include headaches moving from one side of head to other, Nausea, vomiting, lack of food intake, diarrhea & many other.
I advice you to: - Avoid triggers of the attack like exposure to sunlight, noise & alcohol - To take analgesics like Naproxen / paracetamol & Triptans - Hot compress on head & neck. Also neck massage. - Meditation - Relaxation exercises - Also plenty of fluid intake, especially caffeine drinks
