Hi,

I can understand your concern for severe itching all over body. There can be multiple possibilities of your problem and itching is just a sign and not a disease in itself.

The only precaution you must follow is not to touch, pinch pop or squeeze any of them other wise it can get infected and can cause complications.

You can take antihistamine loratadine by mouth and can meet a dermatologist for further guidance and to rule out the exact cause by certain blood investigation and physical examination.

Take care.
