Hallow Dear,

Ipill contains Levonorgestrel which is a Progestational compound. Few days after its consumption, it does lead to withdrawal bleeding. What you thought of menses after the Ipill was this withdrawal bleeding.

Subsequent menses are delayed by few days to a week. So you got the real menses. You need not be concerned about these two events of bleeding.

Since you have got menses, you are not pregnant.

If you have performed sexual intercourse within few days after the menses, there is a possibility of some slight light bleeding.

Your history does not seem to be suggestive of pregnancy. Still, if you want confirmation, you may get Beta hCG test done on your blood. This will clarify your doubts.
