Could Slightly Loose Stools With Mucus And Undigested Food Mean Food Allergy?

Hi,
My son is now 1 year old, he is having slightly loose stools with mucus in it. Also i feel the food he is having is not getting digested and is seen in the stool. I am giving him only home made food. I suspect if he has any food allergy

Please help.

Thank you

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
I do not think it is food allergy.
AS the child does not chew properly and there are only few teeth by one year of age some food particles may pass as it is.
there is nothing to worry.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
