Could Sore Heels, Pain Below Ankle Bone And Difficulty In Walking Be Related To MS?
I have MS and for the last week I have had really sore heels making it difficult to walk. I also have pain/tightness just below my ankle bone and when I flex my foot it feels like my skin is going to rip. Is this related to my MS or something else altogether.
take ultrasound at heel for 2 kHz for 8 min daily for 10 days will give you dramatically relief from pain
also take paraffin wax bath will increase your muscle plasticity and increase blood circulation to wash out waste products which produce pain
take contrast bath in which take hot water for 45'c and take cold water at 15 c immerse your heel first in hot water for 3 min followed by cold water for 1 min do it for ten times it will give you relief
also do ankle exercise like calf stretching plantar facia stretching which give you relief from ankle pain
also take NSAIDS for inflammation
I think these information will help you
thanks
