Could Spasms And Muscle Tension In Lower Back An After Effect Of Hysterectomy?

I had a total hysterectomy 2 years ago and could not be put on any hormonal therapy. My question is that I have having spasms and muscle tension in my side, lower back and vulva area. Feels like my insides are going to fall out. Can you offer some advice, I am scared.

hi yes chance there if operating by chnaces any injury to sacral pleaxuses thats nerve u can get muscle pain in leg kindly get usg to rule out deep vein thrombosisi
