Could Spotting And Abdominal Cramps Be Due To Pregnancy?
I had light spotting for 3 days, then a lighter than usual period for 2 days, then spotting for 3 more days, a week later very light lower abdominal cramps, pinching and pulling, now I have a slight headache for about 2 or 3 days and a low grade fever. Could I be pregnant?

sometimes implantation bleeding can be seen as light red spotting is generally seen in early pregnancy.
but if you had spotting it could be early abortion features.
please get a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy if you are not sure.
sometimes in absence of pregnancy ovarian cyst may present like this.
