Could Spotting And Cramps Be Due To Pregnancy Or Effect Of Candid V3?

Hi doc i took a prescription of candid v3 10 days before my expected period and my yeast infection cleared. However i experienced some spotting 2 days after i used d last tablet and i had some minor cramps. Is this a sign of pregnancy or an effect of candid v3?
